Machine Quilting Service

Do you love patchwork but never have enough time to quilt?

Let me help you get your unfinished quilt tops out of the cupboard and onto the walls, and beds, in your home. Once those quilts are in use,  you will be free to create more beautiful patchwork for your family and friends.

I take pride in providing a high quality machine quilting service with designs carefully selected to complement your patchwork.  Talk to me about choosing the right quilting style to suit your quilt.

Edge to Edge continuous line stitching is economical and  well suited to charm quilts and children’s cuddle quilts.

Custom Quilting creates textures and patterns to allow the patchwork design to shine, and are ideal for your family heirlooms.

If you are a hand quilter who finds it difficult to prepare the quilt “sandwich” I can help by machine basting the three layers together leaving you free to relax and enjoy the quilting experience.

I offer you an opportunity to experience the satisfaction of being able to use and enjoy the beauty of your finished quilts.

You may also choose from my range of batting and backings or provide your own.

Be sure to read  How to Achieve the Best Results for hints on joining backings and adding borders.

100% Cotton thread, multiple thread colours & other speciality threads are available for a small surcharge. Please discuss your requirements.

A written quilting plan is prepared before quilting commences and mail orders are welcome.

A pantograph quilting design adds even texture over the entire quilt, allowing the eye to roam without distraction.

Do you have to have a quilt top finished before contacting me?

No. I work by appointment and I am always booked ahead. To avoid disappointment, you can pre-book an appointment for quilting while you are in the planning stages of making the top.

This way your quilt will be completed in time for the birthday or anniversary for which it was made.
